Supreme Court to examine plea seeking recall of split verdict on CEC, EC appointment law

The Supreme Court will examine a plea seeking recall of its split verdict on the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner and the Election Commission law.

The petitioner has contended that the majority verdict has led to a 'constitutional crisis'.
