This Refund Policy governs all transactions made through the platform, including purchases of Pro Membership subscriptions and Shells (the platform’s internal digital currency). By completing a transaction, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Pro Membership subscription fees
  • Purchases of Shells
  • Digital content, services, or features acquired through Shells
  • Any digital item once activated, accessed, or delivered

Once a transaction is completed and the confirmation or timed undo period has elapsed, the payment is considered non-reversible and non-refundable.

2. Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods and the instant access provided upon purchase, the platform does not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any digital item or service.

3. Duplicate Transactions

The only exception to the no-refund policy applies to verified duplicate transactions. If a user is charged more than once for the same item or service, they may request a review. Once confirmed, the duplicated amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund eligibility for duplicate transactions is subject to platform verification of payment records.
