Welcome to Navvyx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Navvyx platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Navvyx LLP provides a multi-functional platform for seafarers offering access to forums, blogs, news aggregation, AI tools, basic financial calculators, and other professional career tools. Features include (but are not limited to):

  • Forums for discussion and media sharing
  • AI tools for document analysis and resume building
  • News feeds via RSS
  • Financial and health calculators
  • Digital currency system called "Shells"

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. User Accounts

Some Services require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all account activity. Navvyx may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Shells (Digital Currency)

Navvyx uses a platform currency called "Shells" that can be earned or purchased. Shells:

  • Can be used for paid features within the platform.
  • Have no value outside Navvyx and are non-transferable.
  • May expire after 12 months of inactivity.
  • May be modified by Navvyx at any time (pricing, rewards, methods).

Shells are not securities or financial instruments under applicable law.

5. Payments

Purchases (Shells or premium features) are processed via secure third-party gateways. Access is granted after confirmed payment. Payments are final and non-refundable. Invoices may be auto-generated.

6. AI Tools and Disclaimer

AI tools are for informational use (document parsing, resume generation, chat). AI processing may use third-party processors. Navvyx does not use user data for AI model training. AI outputs can be incorrect — do not rely on them for professional, medical, or legal decisions. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data to AI systems.

7. User-Generated Content

Content you post grants Navvyx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, analyze, reproduce, and modify it for platform operation, improvement, and analytics. Deleted posts are removed, but prior derivatives or analyses may persist. External links are the poster's responsibility.

8. Forum Rules and Moderation

Unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, spammy, or harassing material is prohibited. Navvyx may moderate, hide, or remove content and take action against violators. Users can report content for review.

9. Data and Privacy

Navvyx collects necessary personal and professional information for account creation and services. Refer to the Navvyx Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.

10. Intellectual Property

Platform content, software, and branding are Navvyx LLP property. Users keep ownership of submitted content but grant the rights noted here. Trademarks and designs may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Navvyx LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Navvyx is not responsible for interruptions due to disasters or third-party failures.

12. Account Suspension

Navvyx may suspend or terminate accounts violating Terms or misusing Shells. Suspended accounts may forfeit remaining Shells.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. International users remain subject to Indian law, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

14. Changes to Terms

Navvyx may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
