Valaris adds $220m of new contracts and extensions

Offshore driller Valaris has secured new contracts and extensions worth approximately $220 million. The company won a contract with Petronas for the Valaris DS-18 drillship in Suriname, expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026. Additionally, Valaris has secured extensions for the Valaris DS-15 and Valaris DS-16 drillships in the Gulf of Mexico.
