Ethereum’s Glamsterdam test runs near 200 million gas per block after upgrade

Ethereum's Sepolia testnet, a rehearsal for the upcoming 'Glasgow' upgrade, has temporarily increased its processing budget to over 200 million gas per block, a more than threefold increase. However, sampled blocks used less than half of this allowance.
