Signage at UK consulate in East Jerusalem removed as Israel’s deadline over

Signage at the UK consulate in East Jerusalem has been removed, following Israel's deadline for the consulate's closure. The move comes as part of Israel's decision to shutter all diplomatic missions in occupied Palestinian territories.

The UK has condemned the closure, stating that it undermines the prospects for peace and stability in the region.
