Rosatom folds Delo into expanding logistics platform

Russia's state-owned Rosatom has taken full control of Delo Group, one of the country's largest transport and container logistics groups, after acquiring the remaining 51% stake from founder Sergei Shishkarev. Rosatom, which previously held 49% of Delo, plans to consolidate the company with its other transport holdings, including shipping.
