Four names, fake land deals, one fugitive: The ‘Charles Sobhraj of Kashmir’

An Indian man, known as the 'Charles Sobhraj of Kashmir', has been arrested for allegedly defrauding people by posing as a government official and promising them land deals. The man, identified as Irfan Dar, used four different names to dupe his victims.

The police have recovered incriminating documents and are investigating the case further.
