HD Hyundai snaps up Goltens in $247m ship repair deal

South Korea’s HD Hyundai is expanding its global ship repair capabilities with the acquisition of Goltens Worldwide for $247.5m. The deal brings one of the world’s leading marine engineering and repair companies under HD Hyundai’s umbrella.
