Diana rolls capesize into $13m fixture

Diana Shipping has secured a 42% rate increase for its capesize bulker GP Zafirakis in a new time charter with Classic Maritime. The 2014-built vessel has been fixed at $38,000 per day, compared with the current rate of $26,800 per day.
