‘The Lowdown’ Season 2 Review: Betty Gilpin & Tommy Lee Jones Bring Romance & Family Weight To Ethan Hawke’s Shaggy Noir

'The Lowdown' Season 2 returns with a shaggy noir comedy, featuring Betty Gilpin and Tommy Lee Jones alongside Ethan Hawke.

The series follows a public defender and an estranged father who become entangled in a conspiracy with the main character, Lee Raybon.

While still shaggy and baggy, the new season adds depth and romance to the story.
