Sanju Samson scored an unbeaten 82 off 41 balls, helping India recover from a poor start to post a competitive total against the West Indies in the second T20I in Ranchi.

Samson's innings, which included seven fours and three sixes, came after India lost their first wicket in the first over.

Earlier, Ishan Kishan and Samson shared a 97-run stand for the second wicket, which set the platform for India's innings.
