Attacker in FlyDubai Flight Meant to Crash Into Israeli Airport, Emiratis Say

The co-pilot of a FlyDubai flight that crashed in Russia in 2016 had intended to deliberately crash the plane into an Israeli airport, inspired by the Sept. 11 attacks, according to the attorney general of the United Arab Emirates.
