Decade-old RAM is making a comeback

CPU makers are addressing the high cost of RAM by reintroducing support for DDR4 in their new processors. Intel and AMD are planning to support the older, more affordable memory type in their upcoming chips. Gigabyte has announced that two of its motherboard lines will be compatible with these new Intel processors.
