Voter registration a continuous process, Chhattisgarh CEO says

The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Chhattisgarh has clarified that voter registration is a continuous process and not limited to the ongoing special summary revision. The CEO's statement comes in the wake of reports of many eligible voters being left out of the electoral rolls.

The CEO has urged voters to take advantage of the ongoing revision process to get themselves registered. The final publication of the electoral rolls is scheduled for January 5, 2023.
