Robinhood Chain slowdown spreads from fees to trading as transactions fall more than 40%

The slowdown in transactions on the Robinhood Chain has intensified, with daily activity dropping by more than 40% since mid-September. Despite this, Robinhood continues to pay network fees on customer swaps.
