Industrial, warehousing space leasing hits record 59.1 mn sq ft in top 24 cities in Jan-Sep: Savills

From January to September, leasing of industrial and warehousing spaces surged across major cities in India, driven by demand from sectors like light manufacturing, e-commerce, and third-party logistics. Tier-I cities accounted for 47.2 million sq ft of leasing. Fresh supply increased to 68.9 million sq ft, indicating promising market trends.
