Four dead as Isaias weakens to post-tropical cyclone after striking Florida panhandle

At least four people have died as Hurricane Isaias weakens to a post-tropical cyclone after striking the Florida panhandle. The storm has also caused power outages for nearly a million people and continues to bring rain and flooding.
