8th Pay Commission: Pensioners’ association seeks 3.833 fitment factor and 6% annual increments

The Karnataka Posts and Telecommunications Pensioners’ Association has submitted proposals to the 8th Pay Commission seeking a 3.833 fitment factor and 6% annual increments for pensioners.

The demands also cover minimum pay, pension, the Aykroyd formula, and family-unit calculations.

The 8th Pay Commission is expected to submit its report to the government in the near future.
