Congress could reiterate request for meeting with CJI today

The Congress party is expected to reiterate its request for a meeting with the Chief Justice of India (CJI) today.

The party had earlier sought a meeting to discuss the appointment of a new CBI director, but the CJI had declined, stating that such a meeting could be seen as interference in the judicial process.
