BJP questions Rahul Gandhi’s ‘silence’ on Congress MP’s dismissal from JNU

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has questioned Rahul Gandhi's 'silence' on the dismissal of a Congress MP from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

Gandhi, the former Congress president, has not commented on the issue, which has sparked a row between the two parties.

The BJP has accused the Congress of 'double standards' and 'hypocrisy' on the issue.

The news score is 4 on Axis A (global) as it is a minor political spat with no broader consequence.
