Zetwerk Manufacturing Business has set its IPO price band at Rs 143–151 per share for its Rs 5,012.33-crore issue opening on October 15. The offering includes a fresh issue of Rs 2,830 crore. Proceeds will primarily fund debt repayment and strategic acquisitions to support its expansion.
