Ørsted expands offshore wind ROV fleet with third Saab electric subsea robot

Ørsted, a leading offshore wind farm developer, has expanded its subsea capabilities by acquiring a third electric remotely operated vehicle (ROV) from Saab UK. This addition will enhance Ørsted's underwater inspection and maintenance services across its offshore wind assets.

The new ROV, an Saab Seaeye Falcon, joins Ørsted's existing fleet of two identical ROVs. This expansion reflects Ørsted's commitment to investing in technology and innovation to improve the efficiency and safety of its operations.
