Doctor warned Elizabeth Struhs would not be safe years before sect killed her by withdrawing medicine
A specialist child safety doctor had repeatedly warned that Elizabeth Struhs would not be safe living with her mother, years before the eight-year-old was killed by members of a Toowoomba sect.
The inquest heard that the doctor was 'stonewalled' by a child safety officer and that her concerns were not acted upon.
The girl's parents and other sect members were later charged with her murder.
