MISC lines up five more LNG carriers for Petronas

MISC, a Malaysian shipping group, has secured a long-term charter award from Petronas LNG for five new LNG carriers. The ships will be built in China and are expected to enter service from 2030. This is the second such deal between MISC and Petronas LNG, following an earlier award for five LNG carriers in 2021.
