SC refuses to stay graft FIR linked to Punjab CMO but restrains CBI from coercive action

The Supreme Court has refused to stay a graft case FIR linked to the Punjab Chief Minister's Office but has restrained the CBI from coercive action against the accused.

The court has asked the CBI to file a response to the petition.
