Missing pages, Rs 200 fee shortfall: SC flags 14 defects in INDIA bloc plea against CEC Gyanesh Kumar

The Supreme Court has flagged 14 defects in the petition filed by the Indian National Democratic Alliance (INDIA) bloc against the appointment of Gyanesh Kumar as the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC). The court has also raised concerns over missing pages and a shortfall of Rs 200 in the court fee.
