'It discredits the team to say that... You have to play the teams that are in front of you'

There have been concerns about the quality of opposition for Ireland in their World Cup play-offs. Ireland will face lowly Kazakhstan in the second leg at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Carla Ward, Ireland's manager, has dismissed these concerns, stating that the team's focus is on performing well and winning the game.

The team is confident in their abilities and is looking forward to the challenge of qualifying for the World Cup finals.
