Pertamina and Medco take slices of Eni’s Indonesia offshore assets

Italian energy giant Eni has sold 10% interests in seven offshore production sharing contracts in Indonesia to Pertamina and MedcoEnergi. The move is part of Eni's portfolio reshaping after forming its Searah joint venture with Petronas.
