Flexible work is everywhere—except where future leaders need it most

A report by the Bankwest Curtin Economics Center suggests that while progress has been made in gender equality in the workplace, there is still room for improvement in flexible work arrangements, especially for future leaders. Employers could benefit from focusing on 'good flexibility'.
