LIC to launch three insurance plans on 19 October: Benefits, features and eligibility explained

Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) will introduce three new insurance plans on 19 October 2026. The plans are: Jeevan Dhara-II, which offers deferred annuity income; Health Shield, providing fixed health benefits; and New Cancer Cover, offering financial payouts for specified cancer diagnoses.
