Strive raising $500 million to buy additional bitcoin with new preferred share class

Singapore Airlines (SIA) subsidiary SATS is raising $500 million to buy more bitcoin, issuing a new preferred share class with a fixed 15% dividend yield. The new shares are junior to existing SATS shares, which pay a variable rate currently at 13%.
