Ircon to monetise 4 highway assets; PSU plans to unlock Rs 3,000 crore value. Ircon International is selling four highway assets, including toll-road and hybrid annuity model projects, in a government-led monetisation programme. The enterprise value of the assets is estimated to be around Rs 3,000 crore.
