USCG Issues Warning Following Incident

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has issued a warning following an incident where a recreational vessel was swamped and capsized by the wake of a commercial towing vessel. The investigation found that both the Master of the towing vessel and the operator of the recreational vessel were at fault.
