Tata’s passenger vehicle business grows 35 percent in first year after demerger

Tata’s passenger vehicle business grew by 35 percent in its first year after the demerger, which separated the commercial vehicle business from the passenger vehicle division. Domestic sales between October 2025 and September 2026 stood at 7.44 lakh units, outpacing the industry's 22 percent growth. Tata's market share increased to 27 percent during this period.
