SFL – Ruling from Borgarting Court of Appeal in the Seadrill Legal Case

Borgarting Court of Appeal ruled in favor of SFL Corporation Ltd. in a legal case against Seadrill Ltd. The Court found Seadrill breached contract by not paying for repairs to the drilling rig Hercules.
