'Nobody can browbeat judiciary': SC issues notice to Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and others over October 12 march

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to several politicians, including Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, over a protest march held on October 12, asking why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against them.

The protest march was held against the alleged misuse of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The court has sought their responses by November 22.
