Sebi preparing fresh round of reforms in IPO market, short-selling rules: Chairman

Sebi is planning comprehensive reforms covering IPO disclosures, SME listings, corporate bond trading, and short-selling rules to ease compliance and safeguard investors.

Speaking in Mumbai, Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey also outlined key initiatives, including Demat 2.0 for tokenised bonds, an AI sandbox, and streamlined onboarding for foreign portfolio investors.
