DoT Mandates Caller Name Presentation for 5G and 4G Networks From Next Month

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has mandated Caller Name Presentation (CNAP) for 5G and 4G networks from November 1, 2023. This means users will see the name of the caller on their phone screens.
