Fujairah fuel oil inventories down 11% in October so far

Fujairah’s fuel oil stocks have averaged 11% lower so far this month compared to September, with heavy distillate and residual stocks down 489,000 bbls to 4 million bbls, while middle distillate stocks have increased.
