Scooter industry records highest-ever monthly sales in September 2026

The Indian scooter industry has achieved a new milestone, recording its highest-ever monthly dispatches in September 2026. A total of 9,95,576 scooters were dispatched during the month, marking a substantial 34 percent jump over the 7,42,602 units sold in September 2025 and comfortably surpassing the previous monthly record of 8,55,715 units set just a month earlier, in August 2026.
