Singapore fuel oil stocks fall 7% despite rise in net imports

Singapore’s residual fuel oil stocks have averaged 7% lower so far in October than across September, according to Enterprise Singapore’s latest data. Residual fuel oil stocks fell by 1.39 million bbls to 18.36 million bbls, while middle distillate stocks increased by 1.40 million bbls to 9.88 million bbls.
