Russia shipping first diesel cargo to US this week after sanctions waiver

Russia is set to send its first diesel tanker to the US this week, following sanctions waivers issued by the Trump administration.

The tanker, with a displacement of around 40,000 mt, will depart from Russia and is expected to reach the US soon.
