Romania Blames Russia as Drone Sinks Ship Off Constanța, Killing Seafarer

One seafarer died, and three are missing after a Comoros-flagged cargo ship, Khoryv, sank in the Black Sea following a drone strike.

The Romanian government has blamed Russia for the incident, stating that the drone was launched from a Russian warship.

The ship was carrying grain and sugar from Ukraine to the Middle East.
