‘Creamy layer case in SC won’t hit seniority of CSE-2025 batch’

The Supreme Court has clarified that the 'creamy layer' case will not affect the seniority of the CSE-2025 batch.

The clarification comes after a petition was filed challenging the exclusion of the 'creamy layer' from reservation benefits.

The court has made it clear that the batch will not be affected by the ongoing case.

The CSE-2025 batch is currently undergoing training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.
