Stena AB to Acquire Shipping Company Color Line

Stena AB, owner of Stena Line, has agreed to acquire Norwegian shipping company Color Line, subject to regulatory approval.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen Stena's position in the North Sea and Baltic Sea markets.
