Stena Agrees to Acquire Norwegian Ferry Operator Color Line in Major European Ferry Deal

Swedish shipping group Stena AB has agreed to acquire Norwegian ferry operator Color Line, bringing together two of Scandinavia’s largest ferry companies in a deal that would significantly expand Stena’s presence in the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
