SFL adds $365m newbuild trio with $333m in charter cover

John Fredriksen-backed SFL Corporation has agreed to acquire three newbuildings for around $365m, securing long-term employment that will add at least $333m to its charter backlog. The investment covers two 8,800 teu containerships and a 93,000 cu m dual-fuel very large ammonia carrier (VLAC).
