U.S. Approves $8.2 Billion Texas Offshore Deepwater LNG Port To Boost Export Capacity By 9%

The U.S. Maritime Administration has approved a $8.2 billion deepwater LNG port project off Matagorda, Texas. This project is expected to create thousands of jobs and boost U.S. LNG export capacity by 7–9%.
