A symposium on "Seafarer’s Recruitment and Welfare" is being organized by SWFS under DGS.

- Key Highlights: Leadership vision, regulatory insights, launch of Crew Branch Annual Report 2024–25 and Crew Manual
2. Who Should Attend
Senior management representatives of RPSL companies, industry associations, maritime training institutes, and senior maritime officials are invited.
Seafarers such as students, trainees, cadets who have completed relevant courses within the last one year are encouraged to attend online.
3. Mandatory Participation
All RPSL Companies and MTIs based in Maharashtra must participate with top management personnel. Others may participate physically or virtually.
One representative per RPSL Company/MTI is allowed.
